Description: Did you purchase a new Janome machine and now are too afraid to take it out of the box? Or did your Janome dealer go over everything with you when you purchased your machine and in the excitement of the moment you have forgotten it all? Don’t worry, we have the virtual lesson for you!

Our expert Janome Educator will guide you step-by-step through the process of unboxing and setting up your brand-new sewing machine, talking about each part and where everything goes. We will even go over the important pages in your manual. Before the end of the session, you will learn to thread your machine with confidence and wind your first bobbin like a pro.

This class won’t cover any actual sewing or sewing techniques. If you already have your machine out of the box and are looking for a more in-depth sewing lesson, please see our Learn your machine classes.

Appointments must be booked in advance of checking out.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations by the participants are subject to a $20 fee if not cancelled with-in 24 hours. If the class is cancelled by Janome Canada due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the participant.
